Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and support end-to-end technology transfer activities from development to production
• Prepare and review TTPs, transfer reports, BMRs, and BPRs
• Support process scale-up, exhibit batches, validation, and commercialization activities
• Monitor CPPs, CQAs, troubleshoot process issues, and drive root cause investigations
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and support regulatory inspections
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, QA, and QC for seamless product transfer
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Science related field
• Technology Transfer / Manufacturing / R&D
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and documentation practices
• Good analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
