Harikishan was associated with Caplin since 2013 as Head – Regulatory Affairs (Regulated Markets). Prior to joining Caplin, Mr. Harikishan was employed with Gland Pharma Limited since 2001 and was responsible for regulatory dossier submissions in regulated markets including US, Europe, Canada, Australia, Brazil etc. Mr. Harikishan has nearly 30 years of pharma industry experience, majority of it in sterile injectable domain comprising of Regulatory affairs, production and quality control. He was instrumental in establishing regulatory affairs team at Caplin and was responsible for getting the ANDA approvals in US for Caplin’s own ANDA submissions.
Dr. Sachin Patil – Vice President, R&D Analytical
Dr. Sachin Patil has 18 years of experience in analytical method development in pharmaceutical industry. He holds Doctorate in Chemistry from S.R.M.U. Nanded (Maharashtra). Prior to Caplin he was leading analytical development in Emcure Pharmaceuticals, USV Ltd, Wockhardt and Cipla. He has worked for filing of various dosage forms like complex injectables (Liposomes, nano particle formulations, suspensions emulsions and lyophilized products), peptide, ophthalmic, Oncology injectables and solid orals for various markets like US, EU Canada, Australia, Brazil and ROW. Dr. Sachin has experience on characterization of different complex drug delivery systems with data interpretation and satisfactory response to regulatory agencies. Currently he is responsible for analytical method development and method validation laboratory at Caplin Sterile Limited.
